Going with the lowest bottom lumber package doesn’t mean that’s the lowest you’ll pay for your lumber. Many times lumber is bid incorrectly and often underbid on purpose to get the job. On almost all jobs, additional materials have to be ordered no matter how accurate the initial bid was. This costs the owner more time to get everything figured out and money because we have to charge for our time to get materials so the project isn’t delayed. As a service, we offer guaranteed lumber packages. The price we give you is the price you’ll pay, and we’ll handle the ordering and delivery of initial lumber and any additional materials needed.
